Breaded Jalapeno Pepper Ravioli

Ricotta and mozzarella cheeses blended with spicy jalapeno peppers, wrapped in wonton and coated with rustic bread crumbs. Served with a sriracha ranch sauce.

Certified Angus BEef steak grilled to perfection served on a bed of shoestring potatoes drizzled with a chimichurri sauce.

One-third pound Certified Angus Beef ® burger grilled to your perfection with applewood-smoked bacon and your choice of cheese.

Bistro Filet Steak Sandwich

Slices of Certified Angus Beef ® clod tender on a French roll with herbed au jus and creamy horseradish drizzle.

Tri-Tip Dip

Slow-smoked Certified Angus Beef tri-tip sandwich with caramelized onions and Provolone cheese on a French roll. Served with Au Jus on the side.
